Unfortunately couldn't even make it to the doctor because the man on the telephone in the reception was so incredible rude, unprofessional, literally screaming at me over the phone saying I had to make an appointment online which I tried repeatedly but the website wouldn't allow it saying they didn't allowed new patients (please see picture attached) tried to explained this few times and he continue to scream with a very aggressive tone until I ask is it possible or not to make an appointment and he screamed NO and hanged up on me. Encourage the doctors on this praxis to hire a new person that can handle costumer service or at least be polite. We are calling because we have a problem and we're searching for help, not to be treated like this!!
Suffering from atopic dermatitis, I had a horrible experience with a receptionist here. I’m from Japan. A second I entered upper floor of the clinic, a receptionist immediately covered her face with her hands and walked away to put some sanitizer on her hand. I tried to talk to her, still she stayed in the back area talking very rude. I visited the clinic to be treated with care, in the end I came home with a traumatic experience.
I visited Frau Dr. Marisa Klemp and I told her that im not happy with my previous doctor (completly different place) so I came to her and she didnt treat me at all... She just sent me back to my previous doctor even that she saw my problem !
Too bad that one is forced to book an appointment online, what if one has no access to the Internet, or the older generation which is not conversant with the Internet The receptionist was very rude.
