I rented a van to come and collect my order that was validated online, but contrary to what was indicated in the confirmation email not all the items were available. Initially, it was not even possible to take the items that were available. I had to suggest to pay again the items, then cancel my order online. Very cumbersome !

Little away for someone without car, but I was suprised with low prices and selection, I was looking for automatic feeder for my cats, and foun one there, but the problem was with system of thears, you have to pay first, and than you can see it and check it. Good thing in this situation was that thay have good return Policy, as long as you return item clean and in original packing.
