A very pleasant place to spend a few minutes or a few hours. Have purchased here new (multiple times) as well as dealing with the servicing of my vintage Omegas. If you want to talk detailed specifications, calibers etc ask for the in-house watchmaker.
I contacted OMEGA Boutique – Hamburg from Denmark by mail to get a quote for a new Omega bracelet for my Seamaster Driver. Within 10 minutes, I got an acceptable quote back from Sylvia Peng in immaculate English. I ordered the bracelet and transferred the funds via SWIFT. Afterwards I asked Silvia if they could shorten the bracelet to my specification, and got an immediate answer back; “of cause we will”. After 3 days, I received a mail from Silvia confirming the shipment by DHL including a tracking no. It took 6 days all in all from first contact until the bracelet arrived at my address I Denmark, including the SWIFT transfer. Every contact with Silvia has been an absolute joy, and if possible, I would rate OMEGA Boutique – Hamburg with 6 stars, however only 5 is possible.
Vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zur Abholung meiner Uhr war es ein perfektes Erlebnis! Die Kommunikation per Mail erfolgte respektvoll, schnell und zuverlässig. In der Boutique angekommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen und es wurde sich genug Zeit genommen um die Uhr zu zeigen und das Armband zu kürzen. Wir danken Frau Böttcher vielmals und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!!!
