Pretty much the only home improvement store in Lauf for the layman. In that, it is good. Also, if you get the right employee, they will go out of their way to help you. However, over the last 2 years, they seem to find less skilled or less interested employees. Which is very unfortunate. Best departments would be lumber, front desk and paint. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. My recommendation, stay away from plumbing, Grumpy McGrumpface resides over that area.
