Really great as always, fast service and polite. Would be nice if the company has intended to send customers outside to wait for their food that they might have a gas heater for outside waiting in the cold.

Five guys let me down big time. I liked the fact that you could choose 15 toppings The patties were normal, buns (I forgot my buns ) were poor, the burgers tasted somewhere between ok and good. The fries were good(they get fried in peanut oil) but surving fries in a cup? Come on man! It's better to be cool than to act cool, the most inconvenient way to eat fries! And the internal design is a no go (a failed 60s to 90s crossover) designed 4 teenagers but the price is for grownups, u get unlimited refills in an atmosphere which is designed uncomfortably so you leave faster. It was disappointing in comparison to the one in the states. I don't know it the crowd made the employees work way faster than they should that it affected the quality or it is just disappointing. I would rather wait an extra 5 mins than get a disappointing burger. The cheese was cold and not even close to melted. The fries were good. The patty was good (overcooked) but still yummy.
Craving for some cheeseburgers and finally get a delicious one here. The staffs are so friendly as well. They work so fast even in a peak hours.
Way too expensive for what we got. The Bacon Cheeseburger was horrible. I must say I like that you can choose the toppings yourself but the quality of the ingridients which ended up on mine were just poor.. There was so little bacon on the bacon burger that it is false advertisement to call it a bacon burger..The salad and tomatoes tasted not fresh at all. The employer which served us was also very unfriendly. The fries were okay.. the sauces served in cups tasted okay as well except the hot sauce which yet again was not worth it. To top it all of the take away box was overflooded with fries and full of oil so it was a struggle to begin with. Would not eat there again.. maybe it was just an unlucky day but seeing how other customers at the restaurant got also treated badly lets me think that it is plain overrated. Would not recommend it.
Long waiting queues, burgers are pretty much like paper and dripping fat. Some people might like that as it's really similar to the US but it's nothing for me, sorry.
Great burgers and shakes
We got a bacon cheeseburger and a cheese dog, with fries. DELICIOUS! I was worried that the quality and experience would be different compared to in the US, but nope - exactly the same, maybe even a little better. We will absolutely visit again!
