We have been going to this store for a little over a year. Every time we go we are always welcomed by a warm smile from Nico. He is always helpful and never rushes us. Since we procrastinate, we generally have two or three things we need to take care of while we are there and he patiently completes all of our requests. I wish every establishment I went had someone with such great customer service skills.

Bad services, despite the promising publicity. You need to wait for the specific employee that you've been dealing initially.. I am still (20 days after my application) waiting to learn what's going on with my adsl connection, and I ll have to wait for the specific employee to come back from holidays... Horrible!
AMERICANS BEWARE!! O2 is the worst company you could ever get involved with. I had to cancel my plan early due to PCS and was given the run-around and finally told it was OK... only to receive an email less than 24 Hours later saying they wouldn’t cancel my plan!!! They don’t answer the phone. When they do they’re somewhat helpful, but I wouldn’t suggest O2 to ANYONE, especially American Service members.
Friendly and English speaking. These guys are here to help you chose a phone and plan you can live with.

Würde es null Sterne geben würde ich null geben. Die Männer dort sind sehr nett und kompetent. Aber die Frau..... Inkompetent sehr unfreundlich, schnippisch... Vergleicht Handys mit Autos. Hilfsbereitschaft gleich null.
