The moment you enter this place you're going to be bathing in the phenomenal scents of their teas and spices, most of which you will never have heard of unless you are a chef. Customer service is really friendly as well.

Please do me a favor - DON'T BUY ANYTHING - in this store! There are much better stores for spices such as delikatEssen or Madlon Scharff, which is just around the corner... Customer Service and Friendliness is definitely better there as at the exorbitant expensive and unprofessional Wurzelsepp. One of the sales ladies douted my cognitive abilities today, when I wanted to return 5 packages of the wrong spice they sold me by mistake. So overall, I had a very UNPROFESSIONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE here and I will never step into this store anymore.

I think the shop is super nice and the personnal always friendly. I go there for macarons. My visits are always a few months apart, and for the last one the macarons were pricey and really not good at all, I was a bit mad to have wasted my money on those. I would spend 0,10 more and go to Tafelzier -5 minutes on foot. It's just a small difference in price, but a huge one in taste and texture. However, since it's a shop selling goods and not a pastry shop, I think it's forgivable !
