I wanted to buy a used Renault electric car, and while my local Renault dealers could have helped I wanted an expert. Someone who deals with electric cars on a daily base. Several people suggested Lüdemann & Sens in Norderstedt. Initial contact via e-mail and phone was quick, friendly and professional I went there to buy a car. It was very uncomplicated to get the keys for the car I was interested in for a test drive. The process of buying the car was also very efficient. It took about 10 minutes to do all the paperwork and we were done. When it came to picking up the car I had some timing problems and I couldn't find the time to to spend half a day to go there to pick up the card and drive it back home. No problem Lüdemann & Sens immidiatly suggested that they deliver the car. Which they did on that day a view hours later. Overall a very friendly and professional service and I can highly recommend them as experts on electric Renault cars.

Hier findet mann immer eine Lösung sehr flexibel und mann denkt auch über preiswerte Möglichkeiten nach Eine Firma wo es mich hinzieht wenns ums Auto geht
Ich wollte einen Defekt an meinem Zoe innerhalb der Garantie beheben lassen. Ich würde aber abgewiesen mit dem Vermerk, dass ich mich an den Händler wenden muss, wo ich das Auto gekauft habe.
