Don’t recommend at all!!They are very aggressive, and so difficult talk with them when you need anything. Never answer exactly what you are asking. They charged me 90 for returning the key only one hour late, when they took 4 months to return the deposit, having to take my time to intimate them, and they also charged me 60 for possible adjustments in the heating. The room was expensive, things that were broken in the apartment were not replaced.

Very communicative service. They would try to solve the problems, they helped me with a huge problem. Apart from that, everything is online from booking the room to the point where you will get the key(of course getting the key must be with physical presence). Legal and clearly explained documentation. Would totally recommend. Wishing best of luck to the company.

Thank you NGB Living for amazing and friendly stay. I should say that it is best option for short as well as long trips. The process is very simple and smooth. Response is quick and easy from the team. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also thank you for guiding me during stay in Berlin. I highly recommend this place for safe and joyful stay.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY - They send random bills of high amounts of money, they will probably not pay your deposit back (or in my case: 18 euro of the 1000 euro I gave them, after I always paid my rent on time, I left the house cleaner then I found it without any damage from my side). They didnt help out with a massive leakage that made my room unlivable and made me decide to leave. They even let me pay two more months of rent after the leakage started. Its hard to reach them, when you send them a message you get a response from them without any usefull information. This shows how unprofessional they are. So my advice is to not rent from this company, even when youre desparate. Its not worth your money.
