Last year, I bought 2 vouchers online for Kite Surfing lessons. I've used up 1 but was unable to use the 2nd one as I've moved out of the country. I have been asking for a refund since June. I've sent 15 emails to which they never respond and even called long distance more than 10x to which they kept saying that they will issue a refund. The voucher cost EUR179 so I would not let it go. Where in Germany can I complain about this company for consumer's right to refund unused products or services?
