We are Music Producers / DJ's from United States. We really like Native Instruments Komplete software which plugs into our digital audio workstation software (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and FL Studio). We also have a Traktor Kontrol DJ controller and really enjoy using it. The products are engineered well but the software is a bit complex because there are so many options in the packs and so we are still trying to figure it all out, but we have been able to make some music for our YouTube channel. We use a 2019 MacBook Pro and top quality cables and have appreciated the software improvements in Traktor Pro. One thing that would make Native Instruments amazing would be lifetime free updates to Komplete like we get from FL Studio, then we would continue to upgrade to larger NI packs and buy more hardware.

This company used to be really cool but has turned evil. There is no way to contact their customer service (if it exists?) and several of their products have serious bugs which renders them of no value. The only focus now seems to be on marketing and sales. Stay away!
