I used to live in a Vietnamese neighbourhood in another major European city so I came here craving for authentic pho bo. Unfortunately my dish was a little too salty, beef too well done, there were not enough herbs in the soup and overall the quantity was too little, even for me! Maybe I will try the Bun Xao next time...
