Various goods with fair price (a little bit higher), but why the credit card was not accepted? Maybe I went to wrong checkout?

Doesn't accept contactless payments with cards other than the EC-Card. Expected more from this store. Huge building though.

Worst customer care services. Rude,non co-operative and very unfriendly staff. First of all Staff are not present in the respective area to enquire, later sending the customers back and forth from Billing counter to search for the staff and sort it there itself. I wanted to buy a foot mat, the price had not been mentioned. However I took it to the billing counter after taking all other items. They said they would check the price, but after waiting in the counter for long, instead of finding the price, with a rude attitude they just took away the mat shouting at me that I should have bought something which had price Tag. They had other queries about other things that I bought as well. Sent me back and forth to clarify, which I did, yet staff just yelled upon me. What should new comers to the city do without staff help at such places? Even upon requesting they just said I wouldn't understand German better, although I was trying my best to converse in German. For 4 questions/requests only answer was \have a nice weekend\ repeatedly and in a very vague way. Horrible experience. Terminal ID : 54075548 TA -Nr 328052 BNr 3291

At last a hardware store that's easy to navigate! Not huge, but it has everything one needs *& more* and if not, they offer to order for you. Some of the staff are more helpful and friendly than others ;). In general, I enjoy shopping there for my garden and home needs.
