Parks Dogs

This is a great practice with several vets. I have the impression that they are up to date with the latest technology and innovation. They think of small things which make a huge difference e.g. They even have buzzers so we can wait outside which is much less stressful for owners and pets. This is the only vet where I have seen buzzers. The long opening hours during the week and also on weekends are a great advantage for working pet owners. I was a client for 5 years with 2 dogs. I was always happy with the treatment and service from all staff. The only operation I needed was a teeth cleaning and the vet kindly let me be there when the dog woke from anaesthetic. They didn’t offer vaccicheck when I was there but I find most vets in Germany don’t offer this. Unfortunately I have moved city so I can’t go to this practice anymore but I do miss them a lot. I wrote them an email of appreciation when I moved city.

I made an appointment and still had to wait 45minutes. For animals it is really hard to wait especially of they are in a carrier. Just tell me to come later! The Vet tried to convince me my cat is ok because she couldn't see anything (still charged me 25)... we went somewhere else to a specialist that conformed my suspicions... The other staff I encountered was fine.

It's not about the vet office but the vet that you get. There are several vets at this practice. I always ask for Dr. Friederike Marcus when I bring my cats in she is 3/3 so far for all the issues that have come up with my cats. Never any pressure for extra costly tests and avoids senseless vaccinations unless absolutely necessary. This is my experience so far.
