Although I love Porsche cars your staff/salesman/contact person worked pretty hard to make sure that I will not purchase anything from your branch. So I bought my car somewhere else. Now, nobody answers my request about parts buy or service, that I would like to perform at your location. I am feeling like second or even third quality customer. My emails are answered 4 weeks after first request or not answered at all. I asked about the parts that were necessary for my repair - black hole, nobody cares. Luckily there are more Porsche dealers who take proper care to their customers. Shame.
