Lovely staff. Experience with the Dr, less so. Visibly un-empathetic, focused on hospital insurance coverage rather than my preferred treatment options. Couldn’t either show me the X-ray pictures taken or explain them. Evaded questions about experience with surgery. Update: The practise called sometime later, had an objective conversation with a very helpful lady from the institute. She offered me to come by and have the case properly concluded right after this post, which was very promising - happily accepted. The follow-up appointment, unfortunately, mainly consisted of personal accusations regarding this post, with the objective of having me take it down. Somewhere in between we got to the X-ray and the medical information I was missing. Still bewildered at the time and energy spent on things like vehement interjections to address him with correct academic titles ?

i didn't have a very big or complicated problem but have been treated super well and professional. They are friendly and very fast. Got Röntgen for my back and ultrasound for my wrist and quick diagnosis. Felt in good hands. Didn't have to wait long, made appointment on their web page which also took under 5 minutes with registration. You receive calendar invite over email, you receive sms - all very professional and stress free. a very pleasant experience! thank you!
