Very nice shop, very professional ! They took the time to answer all my questions and show me the different functionalities of the sewing machine, using some piece of fabrics they have. Absolutely recommend it.

Very professional and competent owners/staff. They took the time to listen to my needs and help find the most suitable machine - without pressuring me. The first time I went to help decide which sewing machine to buy, I left with a clear understanding of features and benefits of each of the models fitting my wishes. A couple of weeks later I returned to make my purchase - I chose the Pfaff Ambition 620. They took the time to demonstrate the important functions of the machine, and remain available in case I have questions or cannot work out how to do something. They even registered it for me as well. Their prices are comparable with those the Internet - (both based on manufacturers' prices) but come with personal support and help. (A huge advantage compared to purchasing a sewing machine online - I did that once and never will again.) The store is also easy to reach on public transport and they have a parking lot as well.

I bought a PFAFF machine last month and I am really satisfied with the customer service in this shop. They were so friendly and explained me everything in detail. As I am a beginner to sewing, they gave me a very good introduction and clarified all my doubts and questions. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody who wants to buy a sewing machine.
I needed a needle and thread for hand sewing and the lady was very helpful and friendly. Great service and they had everything I needed plus a few extras.
