First time here, during Corona time it's mostly closed. At least free parking on Sunday. As I've seen on photos best time to visit is spring and summer.

Absolutely stunning palace. It looks very ordinary coming in from the outside; nothing super ornate. But once you go inside--it's breathtaking. This place is huge. I would give yourself at least 3 hours to go through everything and walk through the grounds. We got there right when they opened and we had the palace to ourselves for a bit and it was so surreal to walk through the halls by yourself. Highly recommend coming here! There's also a mini hall of mirrors similar to that of Versailles! Note: Visited prior to COVID, so things may have changed.
Beautiful and stunning place, good for walking and running. Have an Amazing view in snowy days!
Nymphenburg Palace Visited on 22/9/2019 The city-side fountain, like other fountains at Nymphenburg Palace, have been in operation since the beginning of the 19th century. The palace is a magnificent Baroque architecture, one of the largest royal palaces in Europe, with lavishly decorated interior, and the famous \Gallery of Beauties\ commissioned by Ludwig I. More detail review to be written.
Nymphenburg Palace is a large compound that has a huge amount of land with many gardens and places to enjoy the outdoors. It has some cool history behind it, and walking the grounds itself can show you what things were like a long time ago, although the palace itself is a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the grounds. Worth a visit to walk around on a beautiful day outside as you will get amazing photos all around.
