The worst customer service we have experienced in Germany! We went there to design our kitchen and all the employees acted as they were doing us a favor and were horribly impolite. Our design advisor (Herr Buchmüller) did not spoke to us the 30 min we sat in front of him, and just complain the whole time about anything we asked him for our design. He did not asked us what we wanted and did not give us any advise. At the end he just gave us a price! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

My experience is good overall, they have been kind, I took an ex exhibition kitchen, the price was acceptable. I had an issue with the drawers, they changed the soft closing on all of them. Not 5 stars as 1,300 Euro for delivery and installation is way too much.

We ordered a complete kitchen for our new house, every thing was smooth untill the things were delivered, we decided to change the Oven to a integrated microwave oven as we don't have place for the device which we didn't expected before so I called for their support regarding this issue but they disclose i cannot change with the other device but i have Garantie starting from the date of delivery but i cannot change the device which very odd because they agreed before .Normally in germany device , customer enjoys the 14 days right ?. One should be 100 % perfect in selecting the devices ( discounted because of outdated models ) and kitchen. ------------------------------------------------------- New Status:04.02.2020 Management team of Marquardt reacted quickly after my review and arranged for the exchange of the integrated microwave steam oven. Now our dream kitchen is complete and looks amazing thats why our rating changed to 4 star as we feel still that the installation service team can be more friendly and listening. we thank you Marquardt management team.

Positiv: planen auch kleine Küchen. An absprachen wurde sich nicht gehalten (geänderte Kaufverträge kamen verzögert, dann wurde kein Skonto mehr gewährt - ist wohl logisch, dass man nicht zwei Mal getrennt ins Küchenstudio fährt, oder?). Bei Reklamationen wird man absolut im Stich gelassen: Erst kein funktionierender Kühlschrank für über eine Woche, die Reklamation muss durch den Kunden selbst beim Hersteller erfolgen, Marquardt ist hier nicht bereit die Kommunikation zu übernehmen. Auf E-Mails bzgl. Mängeln erhält man wochenlang keine Informationen von Marquardt, über vier Monate nach einbau der Küche sind immer noch keine passenden Abschlussleisten geliefert. E-Mails können angeblich nicht mehr aufgefunden werden. Ich war erst begeistert, da die Beratung vor dem Kauf wirklich gut war. Mittlerweile bin ich enttäuscht, da Kundenservice wohl ziemlich weit hinten auf der Prioritätenliste steht.
