Untrained stuff, lying and miscommunicating all the time! Wifi almost non-existent except a few rooms. A pity the hotel is so poorly managed, facilities are great but in wrong hands unfortunately.

Excellent Suits with plenty of space and good facilities. Rates reasonable for Munich (but high in general). Would stay again.

I stayed 1 night here. The hotel is lovely by itself. Very clean rooms, good bathrooms, great staff. Its not so close to the main station so one needs to take a taxi. My room, the heating system was messed up so the temperature in the room was 29C. They could do nothing to fix it and suggested I open the windows. The breakfast was good but the coffee machine was broken. so in one night i saw a couple of broken things. Wish they would maintain better. Would definitely recommend this hotel though.

Hotel room was good with a kitchenette. Close to bus stop (bus 58, x98) & river. Breakfast was awesome.

Clean rooms, great service. Bed was comfortable, although I missed having double bed (I just rented for myself, but typically you get double bed anyways) PS: Apparently, this was an option I didn't know about! They also have double beds!!! My fault entirely! Apologies for the misleading information. Still keeps the 5 stars and one more for replying politely!! 6 star review!

Excellent Hotel With Generous Amenities, Clean Rooms, Good Service We spent the weekend in Munich and stayed at this very nice hotel along the river and just a 10 minute bus ride from Marienplatz in the city centre. The check-in took just 2 minutes, and the room was spacious, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had two complementary waters and beers in the fridge, which was a very nice touch. A nice quiet part of the city away from the hustle of the city centre.

Stayed here on a trip with family in late May. We had three rooms total and they put us all on the same floor. I appreciated that each room came with a smartphone device that you could take with you around the city. This was great for my parents and sister who do not have international cell phone plans. The hotel was close to a bus stop along the river which made it easy to get around. My parents room was extremely warm (definitely over 80 degrees). When my mom and I went to talk to the front desk we were told they were changing over their heating/cooling system so the thermostats in the rooms were inaccurate and due to the low temperatures outside in recent days the A/C was not running in the hotel. He offered to bring a fan to the room and it was delivered quickly, but my irritation was in the fact that the air conditioning was working in both my room and my sisters room so I wasn't sure why they wouldn't just move them to a room at a more comfortable temperature. I went down to the restaurant with my sister and her boyfriend for a late dinner on the night we arrived and received very sub par service. The restaurant closes at 11pm. We walked in at 10pm and were told that we would need to wait to see if the kitchen was still open. We were then offered a very limited number of items from the menu. As a person who has worked in many food establishments I found this off-putting considering the restaurant was actually still busy and in no way should have been closing up an hour early. But I will admit the food was very good. Overall I would say the hotel is fine, but not sure I would choose to stay here in the future.
