I am sorry but this was the worst customer service experience ever. I came in to replace a small chip in the display of my Pixel 3 XL. The phone was examined and yes, display needs to be changed - 209 Euro. When I come back to pick up the phone, I am told the back was cracked and it broke when they exchanged the display. To repair, I have to wait a month and another 200 Euro. Seriously!? The back of the phone was completely intact when it was first examined and nothing like this was to be expected. Absolutely unacceptable! Very dissapointing. I paid the bill (in cash...the credit card machine just broke down...) and walked out. How could I trust them and pay another 200Euro for fixing the back of the phone!?

My phone fell down and I was a bit shoked because you couldn't see anything again. So I was walking by and asked for a repair - they made it very fast in about 1hr. Very friendly with excellent knowledge of the products. Works perfectly now and I'm happy with the good service
