Extremely rude front desk African staff member. He ordered our family of 4 business class passengers with two young kids to "line up in a straight line" in such a condescending manner when my husband was presenting our boarding passes. Do not expect to be treated as animals or be dictated to!!!! I am very disappointed with Lufthansa's customer service! Please think twice when traveling with Lufthansa again.

I flew indirect from Mallorca to London as I knew it would be a nice stop to freshen up and decompress after a sailing vacation. Always a great selection of food and drink at this Munich lounge (sipped on pink champagne whilst eating a delicious chicken stew on my last stop); the showers are well maintained. Lots of secure storage for bags at the entrance (so the lounge is not crowded with bags) and plenty of seats with access to power points.

Business lounge is too crowded and too few places to sit (6pm). Food offering is good.

Poor food offering. Have been in better paid for airport lounges rather than this supposed business class offering. Drinks were OK. Staff were nice enough.

The food offered finally changed . Gone are thdats where you only had "Leberkäse". Gladly so.
