I took German level B1.1 with Sophia. I didn’t know what to expect from an online language course but it completely surpassed my expectations. I felt challenged to learn and supported all the way through. My confidence in speaking German increased dramatically and now I’m comfortable enough to have conversations in German with other people :) The class had a strong focus on grammar and also included fun conversations (all in German). I absolutely intend on taking further classes with Sophia and would recommend her courses to anyone wanting to learn German.

We took lessons with Sophia starting around A2.2 - B1 level. We were intending to speak more and lose the fear of using our existing knowledge. I have to say that Sophia helped us a lot in that sense, we had several sessions with her talking about daily life (not the classic language course conversations) and all of them were a blast. We also had the chance to bring specific questions to review that old grammar from the beggining, and additioanlly she incentivated us to write texts to identify our weak spots, highly recommended!
