Unprofessional and felt homophobic!! I went to find a reason for possible hair loss. Not only was the appointment pointless, as Dr. Varga was not able to conduct the test on my hair on a Thursday, but it also left me feeling insulted and uncomfortable. When she asked if I was married and I responded with the fact that I am to a man, the diagnosis quickly went to syphilis related hair loss. I told her I was nearly completely sure I do not have syphilis, as I have regularly tested in the past and am married, yet she had made up her mind. Dr. Varga even referred to me as HIV, which I am not either (a fact I had mentioned to her earlier in the appointment!). When I pointed this out to her, I was then referenced as a person in a high risk group (did not know married people pose a high risk group!). There is no problem in being HIV positive, and syphilis is treatable, yet it is important that a patient is believed when he discusses his status and is not type cast simply for being gay. I do not have either and focussing on these two issues has wasted my time. I question whether Dr. Varga would have made such a diagnosis if I was a married straight man, or would have jumped to such insulting assumptions. The whole experience felt homophobic to me. A wasted appointment later, I am still no wiser to what may or may not cause my hair loss, and have been insulted and demeaned in the process.

I have very problematic skin and I’m always nervous to go to a dermatologist, but I was treated so gently and it was a wonderful experience. I left feeling much better than when I arrived, overall I can recommend this practice wholeheartedly. Not only is the practice extremely comfortable, but the esticicans and Dr. Bayern took time to answer all of my questions and I’m very happy with my results.

Very warm welcoming atmosphere, well equipped Clinic & elegantly furnished. Dr.von Bayern is taking care of my skin & hair since Nov. 2016, it has been extremely damaged due to immigration stress , weather shock & other factors. I can’t be happier & more satisfied with the results even I have to drive 2 hrs to visit her! I definitely recommend her.

The worst experience in Munich. Made my apppointment to make a laser treatment wich I was told on the phone that the appointment had to be in that especific day and hour so the room would be available for me.everything fine until Dr. Vargas came into the consultation room (not the room where they make the treatments) I felt already that she was in a hurry (even asked to the assistant if the next patient was already in the treatment room).After talking about the possible treatments we could make I asked then if we could proceed with the one I already had on mind and she told me that this was just a consultation for 10 minutes.if i wanted a treatment then i would have to book another appointment.I told her that I have booked to make the treatment and she insisted this is only 10 minutes information and after saying god-bye she just quickly disappeared from the room leaving me with the assistant. So at the end I had to pAy for the 10 minutes of her time plus they charged me around 16 euros for the appointmemt i made on the phone.Crazy...right???Very disspointed
