I had a fantastic experience with this company. I called to share that our Samsung Side-by-Side refrigerator/freezer was not working properly. I was given clear instructions on what to do first, namely to leave it unplugged for 24-30 hours. After doing this, I called to say the refrigerator still was not working properly and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I awoke, the refrigerator was working fine. I called to say the appointment was no longer necessary and that I was willing to pay a fee for cancelling so close to the time the repairman was to arrive at our home. He said not to worry about it and that he would not charge us. This was a wonderful customer experience!

Very happy with Ahmet’s service. He came on time for the appointment and fixed everything up very quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem and how it was fixed which was also helpful. I would definitely recommend for reliable service of homegoods here in Munich.

De Kundendienst were awesome. I called them this morning and they came out the same day and were able to fix the problem with my washing machine/ dryer. Ahmet was very friendly and understanding with my limited German. We worked through the language barrier and solved the problem. The machine seems to be working well now- though I have one more thing to do per Ahmet's instructions before I can get back to using it as normal.
