The service is simply scandalous. No answers to emails. Impossible to get them on phone. No status update after more than one week. They received the documents but status is still "Pending, waiting for documents"....

I have been living in Europe for the past 11 years and I have never encounter such a terrible customer experience as I had with CIBT. The main three reasons that I see that puts in danger the credibility and trust of CIBT is that 1) CIBT is prioritizing their monetary benefits above the customer needs, 2) CIBT is compromising the customer's personal privacy and 3) CIBT ignores customer feedback. The number of bad feedback to CIBT in Google justify my bad experience as you can see the number of bad feedback given before. And be careful because most probably you will pay more for the “Dientsleistung” than for the visas a such! They charge you and debit directly from your account without a previous notice and they will not send you a receipt in advance describing you for what they are charging you for if you don't block your account first and if you don't ask for a receipt as well. I had to ask for the receipt and also for the Australian Visa which I didn’t receive until I asked for this together with the receipt. Basically they wanted to take the money from my credit card right away without even giving me the Visa that I applied for. You simply cannot trust them! In summary: I do not recommend CIBT for such applications. I regret that I didn’t do the application for all the visas I needed by myself.

Man hat mir zügig und in einem gut geführten Prozess ein Visum für eine Geschäftsreise nach China besorgt. Ob es ohne professionelle Hilfe genauso schnell geht, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Billiger ist es dann auf alle Fälle.das hat bei mir aber nicht die Rolle gespielt, da der ganze Prozess über einen Rahmenvertrag mit meinem Arbeitgeber abgewickelt wurde.
selbst dieser 1 Stern ist zu viel - leider zum zweiten Mal sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Hier gilt die Aussage: Schlechter Service muss nicht immer billig sein - so hoch der Preis, so schlecht der Service/ Dienstleistung. Mir als Kunde ist das egal, ob die Telefonhotline ein CallCenter/ externer Berater ist oder nicht, für mich ist das die VisumCentrale und sie hat mich beim Beantragen eines China Visum schlecht betreute und falsche Informationen heraus gegeben. NIE WIEDER!
Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Visum habe ich nicht mehr benötigt und daher nicht final beantragt. Trotzdem verlangt man hierfür eine Gebühr - für welchen Service!?
Äußerst zuvorkommendes Team. Schnelle, kompetente Abwicklung auch bei komplexeren Anfragen. Definitiv empfehlenswert.
Hier scheint jeder zu machen, was er möchte! Es macht den Anschein, als ob es keinen Leitfaden gibt, nach dem gearbeitet wird. Weil sie die Visa Bestimmungen nicht kennen, warte ich seit Monaten auf das Visum für China. Absolut unzuverlässig und nicht empfehlenswert!
