Very good gym. Health-oriented, very clean, not overcrowded and with a very nice and professional team. Definitely a place to recommend.

It's a gym focused on health instead of beauty. You won't see bodybuilders there and some of the trainers are also trained in rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Although there are good and bad people everywhere, many of the workers are very nice and supportive. In the pool most the times you have noodles, dumbbells, ankle weights and swimming boards available for use. The facilities also meet most of the needs of physically challenged people because body up works together with the physiotherapy center situated on the same floor. The only downside in my opinion is that the pool is small and sometimes smells like pee. It's also a bit to walk till the subway (but that's just me being lazy ehe).
