Called today 23.01.20 to find out about a new membership package for a company. Asked the 'gentleman' if he spoke English, seemed to be a huge inconvenience as he huffed and puffed and sighed and said no. If that is how you treat potential customers over the phone, how do you treat them in person? Just to clarify, I am complaining about his rudeness on the phone not his lack of English....I can also speak German but my colleague cannot. Also Bineta Coulibaly (Yoga Teacher in Leo's Gym and bei Lady Sportiv) less of the racist remarks telling me to go back home.... You know nothing about my circumstances.

It's my gym for some years now and I really like it.

Very nice gym. Machines are regularly changed and update to the latest versions. Very clean and tidy. Since it is a bit pricy, it was never overcrowded. The weight areas is not very big but enough to accommodate everyone with little wait.

We became a member to this facility just before corona lock down started. During the registration, we asked about cancellation terms as you never know what happens next. The registration person informed us that if we can prove that we move 20km away from Munich, we can cancel the contract without any penalty. In April, I got an offer from Dubai and I accepted and signed to contract. An we decided to cancel the contract as it was meaningless for us to pay for a sports club service which we cannot use until further notice, maybe until we leave the country. However, although they said that as long as we can prove that we will change countries, it will be fine; the reality was different as they asked us to provide a residency from ‘dubai’ !!!! They did not accept the official work contract from dubai although it is english and legal. This is another way of saying that we cannot cancel. So simply they lied to us! In the mean time, body and soul charged us for the months that they are closed due to covid and they did not freeze our membership for more then 1 month even though we asked for it. We know that sports club charge now and they add at the end of your membership, but in our case this is useless as we will not be able to use it. So they have to compensate my loss in cash refund, otherwise they will be compensating other members and me not! I already wrote to European Consumer Centre and I will fight for my rights of course. But people should be aware if this before signing up body and soul. Be careful.

Great and helpful team, going beyond call of duty (especially Franziska), nice atmosphere, a real body & soul community of users. Sauna experience essential after a hard day and a work out. 5-stars once the steam bath is up and running again :-)

Overall, nice and modern fitness studio with friendly staff. I’m there as a guest on a regular basis. Nevertheless, the reason why I am there only occasionally (not subscribed) is their not so well maintained and uncleaned bathrooms. Ladies showers/bathrooms show broken shower heads, broken loo paper rolls, even broken/dirty walls, sometimes it even smells unhygienic (separate ladies sauna shower is broken and it smells like a toilet, sometimes it just don’t work). I would go there and subscribe as it’s close and otherwise nice. But clean and well maintained bathrooms is the minimum expectation I’m having if I spend time and money (80-100 eur/month) on this. As long as the bathrooms aren’t absolutely top, I’m not willing to spend my money and time there.
