Unfortunately Bilou saw themselves unavailable to accept our timely request to a re-booking of an online-cooking course, which we requested due to a family emergency. This was most unfortunate, since they still took the money, but showed no willingness to offer another date. They simply would have had to send another link for another day, since we are talking about online-courses.

Bilou turned my disdain for cooking into true enjoyment in the kitchen. I have attended one live class in the studio and two classes online. Jana is so knowledgeable in so many different areas of cooking and gives you such great instruction for cutting, spicing, tasting, and, most importantly (for me), time management in the kitchen. Jana puts a lot of thought into the meals we prepare and uses only the best and freshest ingredients. She is professional, friendly, engaging and helpful. The online classes are especially beneficial for me, as I have learnt how to cook a few different delicious meals in my own kitchen. I am much more motivated now to cook, and I am very grateful to Jana for that!
I attended Jana's online Vietnamese Fusion cooking class together with some friends and had a great and delicious experience. We cooked Banh Mi sandwiches with marinated tofu (now I finally know how to make tofu tasty!), smokey Aubergine with rice and finally a \smacked\ Cucumber salad. All of it was quite easy to cook even for the most kitchen-challenged and Jana's patient teaching and follow-up with each participant made sure it turned out (and looked) right. Jana's online cooking classes also feature multiple camera angles to ensure you see what she is doing. Highly recommended!
Myself and my husband did an online cooking class on a Saturday evening with a group of friends who live in Germany. It was great craic and we got to make Vietnamese food which I would never have attempted without guidance. The instructions are clear, great pro chef tips in between and delish food by the end of the session. A great way to stay in and eat like you're out. Highly recommended
I really enjoyed taking part in Jana’s online cooking class! Everything was perfectly organised and professionally delivered. The Vietnamese food we made was delicious and I learnt a few great veggie cutting tricks too! Thank you for a lovely evening! I’ll be back!
