Only one person was there to assist the clients questions, for payment and for attending the phone. So, although it is a small shop, the lines were so big. There should never be only one person. I've stayed over one hour just to buy a small item, and no other employee was there to help. Maybe I just caught a bad day, though...

The unfriendly service would be a reason enough to give 1 star. The problem is, the service is not only unfriendly, it is also incompetent. They are close to where I live and, admittedly, cheap, so I insisted in using them for a few years. I can't remember one single time where there hasn't been some issues. From minor things, like giving me the car back with the temperature indication in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, to bigger problems, such as scratches, to jobs badly done. The last time I only needed tires to be replaced. They managed to mount them incorrectly so that it would leak air but very slowly. I drove with the car somewhere, let it there parked and, sure enough, after three days, tires were flat and I couldn't drive away. I brought the car to the shop next to them who immediately asked \have you had this done at ATU?\, so it seems I am not the first one who had bad experiences with them. And judging by what I read here, this is quite common. Sorry ATU but I tried, several times, for years and you consistently disappointed me. That was the last time.

Had my car there to replace the tires. They broke two of the pressure sensor and didnt even want to admit at first! Had to leave the car two days there!
Terrible service all around. I called four times for a guarantee case as the problem I had with the repaired exhaust was back just two months later. They gave me an appointment so I took time off of work to get there, spent in total 1 hour driving and 30 minutes waiting there for someone to tell me that they didn’t register me, they sent me back home like that. Many times I didn’t receive a call back as the company had promised. After calling customer service, the owner of ATU Laim finally did call me back to apologize and offer me another appointment. I asked for an appointment confirmation by SMS or email to avoid the same experience and he said “of course, I’ll send it to you by sms.” He of course never did.
