Very nice chemist store! They had everything we wanted and also provided consultation. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Has a lot of cosmetics as well apart from the usual medicines.

I purchased today a small nose cream, and simultaneously asked if the pharmacy has any masks that are being distributed to senior citizens, but were not available. The attitude of Ms Seray Peksen was friendly, though very arrogant, passing a message to me that she can’t lose her time for a small cream. I didn’t feel welcome nor did the pharmacist seem happy with her job. If she’s bored then she should not pass her frustration and arrogance to the customer. I understand the frustration of the pharmacists with the decision of the government to distribute masks to senior citizens has created an overflow of no profit business, but I still expect a better service.
Nothing to complain, they had everything i asked for and were very lovely talking to me, thats what you need when you are sick and ill - just a bit of compassion.
So geht Apotheke heutzutage. Gut ausgebildetes und freundliches Personal. Der Chef kennt alle Medikamente die ich benötige ohne im PC nachzusehen, und berät mich immer sehr kompetent hinsichtlich Wirkung oder möglicher Wechselwirkungen, falls ich mal ein neues Mittel benötige. Den Service der hier geboten wird, findet man nicht so schnell woanders, besonders nicht bei den großen Apotheken Ketten.
So oft war ich noch nicht da. Bin aber froh das ich euch hatte. Habe mir sehr gut geholfen mit Salben und Spezielen Flastern für meine Füße. Ihr hattet ohne was zu bestellen alles sofort da. Freundliche Dame und schnelle Hilfe. Danke euch und bleibt gesund.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter und kompetente Beratung. Trotz großem Andrang muss man nie wirklich lange warten.
