Such a great place to purchase a new car or service your vehicle! I couldn’t find one single element that is out of place or that would potentially harm the shopping experience! The ladies at the front desk speak English very well but even more importantly are extremely polite and can easily direct you to the right department. The lady assisting the sales department also very kind and exceptionally polite. I later learned she is there on her internship but that didn’t show in her high professionalism and diligence. Service department is the shining star (among all other stars). I believe Franz is the head mechanic running a team of dedicated and knowledgeable mechanics. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but a team of really great people dedicated to helping you! They will take time to carefully explain your service issue and offer you options that best suit you and never will try to sell you the most expensive option just because it helps the profits. These are very sincere people! I have worked in a very large car sales and service center numbering over 200 people in various departments. I have been in charge of quality management and I understand better than most the difficulties to organize and run such a place! However the folks at Autohaus BMW & Mini Vogl can write the rule book on how it’s done! They are easily worth a longer drive not only from other parts of Germany but even surrounding countries because their service is just that good!!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen ebenfalls nicht nachvollziehen. Aus meiner Sicht verlief von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Bestellung alles super! Einen Verkäufer wie Herr Drexler kann man sich nur wünschen. Zu jeder Zeit freundlich, motiviert und voller tatendrang! Ich bin sehr froh das Ich mein Auto bei Ihm bestellen durfte. Das nächste Auto wird auch dort gekauft.
