I have ordered a photo book from myposter. The order arrived super quick (within 7 working days). The quality of photobook is great, the images look very crisp and neat. The customer care was very responsive and helpful as I called them 2 days after placing the order to check the status. They assured me of everything that I asked for. The website was very easy to use. I will highly recommend this website for photo books, and will definitely use it again in the future without any hesitation.

I'm content with my purchase. I had photos printed to make an album and I'm very happy with the quality of the pictures! Some of the pictures were a bit cut off on the edges... but I think that's just due to me not understanding the differences between US standard and European standard photo sizes when I uploaded everything. There was an issue with my shipping. I ordered expedited shipping. Myposter did a fantastic job preparing my order with plenty of time to arrive; however, I had tons of problems dealing with TNT/Fedex and my package came almost a week late. I had to update my address with them three times, and was told that the floor # and door # weren't on the package (BUT, when it was delivered, Myposter had definitely put it on the original label *huge eye roll*). My issue was largely due to the quality of customer service in Spain, not Myposter. When I explained the situation, Myposter graciously and immediately refunded what I had paid for expedited shipping. I would order from them again. :)

To avoid any issue and have great customer service I recommend you to use their competitors!!! There is a lot of more professional companies out there. I ordered 30 pictures, 15 days ago and I am still waiting for it. Their delivery service were not able to find my name on my bell or to call me when they were at my address to deliver. Their delivery time was supposed to be 1 week max and now we really past the acceptable time. Myposter didn't accept to give me a discount or refund. I regret very much placing an order on their website. I had to order from another website 2 days ago and I already received my pictures.
