Very good experience. Professional, attentive (and English-speaking for those that need it)
1. Every one there speak English. The doctors and nurses. I don't know about the receptionists, but if they don't I'm sure someone will help. 2. Everyone is super professional and capable. I was handled by at least 5 people and all of them seemed super experienced and confident. 3. Everyone, the man and the women, treated me with the upmost respect. Like a human and not like a check from the krankenkasse. Before I was touched, by anyone, I was asked for permission. One of the male doctors asked me if I was comfortable being examined by him or would I rather he call in a female nurse/assistant. Even the nurse asked me if she's allowed to examine me. I was so positively shocked it's almost sad. 4. I came there without an appointment in a lot of pain, and was seen and operated on within 1.5 hours, and all went smoothly, professionally and with compassion.
Super team. Super care. Timelz appointment. One of the best team in Berlin. They all speak english and really professional. 100% recommendable without second thought. I am very satisfied.
I had an inflamed cyst, I called the praxis and got an appointment on the same day. The cyst was removed the day after by Dr. Wit. He and her assistant were really friendly, compassionate and competent. I went to the praxis for several controls after the cyst was removed. Every time I was checked by a different doctor, but they were all competent and friendly people. Same story for the nurses and the reception team. During the last control the doctor reassured me that in case the cyst starts hurting again I can feel free to show up, even without any appointment. Last but not least, the praxis is so well organized that although the many patients, I have never waited longer than two minutes to be visited. In summary, I would strongly recommend this praxis to everyone. It is almost sad to say, but this was absolutely the first time I felt in good hands in a non-private praxis in Berlin, and therefore I take this opportunity to thank and compliment everyone in this great team!
