I was very positively surprised to see that my Instrument, even though I ordered an entry model for home recording was perfectly calibrated including the action and the truss. Delivery was much faster than expected. Great going, I am sure with this quality of service, I will be ordering more from your team again.

Terrible online service. No reply to mails, no information about deliveries or purchases. Furthermore answering arrogantly to requests as proved below in their answer to my review. This after a coworker didn't reply to a mail about a 1000 euro order until I called them 10 DAYS later. This company misinforms about both availability and delivery and does not communicate when changes are made. As a customer you have understanding for delays, even big ones, but PLEASE communicate. It's the least you can expect when placing a 1000 Euro order. I'm now a very happy owner of a piano bought from your competitor which was delivered within 5 days as promised. It is my hope that Music Store will understand the importance of honesty and communication in the online business. Being professional about music is just not enough.

I ordered a soft case for my keyboard more than one month ago, ups lost my package and music store doesn't want to give me my money back !! I have called them 4 times already and I have even contacted PayPal but they are still not doing anything. This clearly shows that they couldn't care less about the satisfaction of their customers, it is really sad.

Ordered a pair of headphones that unfortunately arrived very late (possibly due to weather conditions). It also took a really long time to receive responses or any updates from the store. However, my issue was handled well and I was offered an option to reject my delivery as well as a full refund because of the inconvenience. I think the store is really swamped at the moment with online communication and this leads to delayed responses, but overall their service is quite good. I would like to try them out again in the future.

Terrible service. We ordered a piano online only to find out 2 weeks later that it was not in stock. The store did not notify us at any point in time. When we called to find out what was causing the delay we accepted to receive it later than expected only to find out a week later that the delivery had been delayed yet again. Once more, we had to contact the store ourselves to find this out as they did not have the initiative of notifying us. Customer service did not seem to care at all if we decided to cancel our order or not. We ended up purchasing the piano at a different store. Finally, we sent an email with some suggestions to the store only to receive a short email stating that did not have a customer order on hand. That's reassuring.. Will not order again.

In a few minutes, I was informed about every detail and got an incomparable price. Delivery was on time, properly packed, with no defects. Very good experience.
