Ich habe mein Paket 3 Tage später 5 Häuser weiter selber gefunden, während DPD immer noch behauptet hat, dass es richtig zugestellt worden sei und dass man mir nicht weiterhelfen könne (extrem unfreundliches Service Center). Hat jemand Erfahrung damit, ob hier der Konsumentenschutz zwecks Entschädigung weiterhelfen kann?
