Excellent help from Christopher. it already started by phone and e-mail and when we arrived in Minden we were welcomed in a friendly way. the car was set up for us and he kindly asked us what explanation we needed about the car. Thank you very much and see you next time!

I have really bad experience with this Autohaus. They have huge problems with payments. I'm waiting for 4 months for their transfer and I still didn't get it. They tell lies that \this week for sure I'll get it\ and this thing happens from beginning of January without success. Communication is really bad, no answers on emails, rare answers on calls. Sometimes they tell me that they will call me till end of a day and they don't do this. Moreover support is really unpleasant, they don't care about the client at all. Some of the people even can't speak English and they can't pass phone to person who speaks. They ends the calls when they can't speak English or even reject calls. I don't recommend cooperation with this Autohaus.

Ich bin heute ohne Termin vorbei gefahren, weil mein Handschuhfach defekt war. Herr Jürgen Engelke hat sich sofort um die Problematik gekümmert. Dabei ist er sehr professionell vorgegangen, hat alles erklärt und mit wenigen Handgriffen den Schaden behoben. Top, ein sehr empathische, freundlicher und professioneller Mitarbeiter.
