Samsonite Outlet Store, quite large, though I was disappointed on the rather small amount of discount.

As for Samsonite outlet i expected more examples/ kinds of production also more special prices for goods. To have 20-30% discounts to a few models in outlet is not something very special.

这个店整体服务意识太差，尤其是一个中国大妈。明明会说汉语，跟中国顾客不说汉语，自己在那偷偷摸摸不知道说了句什么，然后指手画脚不用语言沟通，不懂得如何尊重别人，基本的服务精神都没有。“顾客就是上帝”，这句话在这里应改成“店员就是上帝，时刻监视你的一举一动”！
