Excellent and courteous service, Kevin is one of two Volvo Service reps at the location and is quick to help you get your car ready to you at an agreeable time, He is also great and getting Volvo accessories at the best price possible! I tried to find 22 inch Volvo rims at a better price then he was offering and I simply could not beat the price he quoted.

I had to give one star to post this. One of the mechanics wrecked and totaled my truck after the repairs had been done while doing a test drive. I get a call 2 weeks later from them telling me that I still owe them for the repair work they did on my truck despite the fact that their mechanic totaled my truck. I had to pay or else they would not release what was left of my truck to the salvage dealer. If you have to take your vehicle to a certified dealer mechanic take it to the one in Homburg not Kaiserslautern. Lesson learned!

As usual, the service is exceptional and one of the main reasons I have been with Mattusch Volvo for more than 10 years. Absolutely love these guys! They are very honest and helpful. They always give me an option of the Baseline of fixing and then the high end of fixing it. I always have options. You do not buy the car just because it is good, you also look at the post sale experience (customer service) and Volvo has the best customer service experience compare with its competitors. I am glad that Volvo keeps having the best combination of exceptional cars and exceptional postsales customer service.
