Great prices- aftercare a bit disappointing but good overall- I was worried (okay VERY worried) when I read the reviews as I had just sent them almost ten grand for a new paraselle! The Good- Great presale care, great prices and worked well on special requests for my business. Very responsive and very knowledgable The Bad- After paying communication was pretty poor, but I really think this is due to the low margins they have. I was glad I used paypal Conclusion- This is a great company if you want someone who has the lowest price and don't mind doing your own \Chasing\ If you need a lot of post payment hand-holding move along..... but I will certainly use them again, and they are very good in the areas I need- namely prices. Suggest you always use paypal for peace of mind when the comms are a bit lacking but overall good company to work with rather than the price gougers

I will give zero star if I can. No news or shipments for months after we made a transfer of 1800 Euros. Looks like a professional online shop with different kinds of products so we overlooked to check the review of the shops in advance. We should have read the reviews online!!! This shop is a complete scram! DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDER OR TRANFER TO THIS SHOP. Google please can you take this website down given so many negative reviews!

Hello , this shop has very bad or none customer service and prices are 30% higher then any other shop . Do not shop here . you can find the same products in many other online shops at lower cost and with much better service .TO AVOID . See past reviews , they are all bad .
I paid the item (not thru paypal unfortunately) and since then they are not answering their phones and not replying to my emails for more than 3 weeks. It's a disgrace such behaviour and I am already going after them legally.
