Poor customer service. According to the website the delivery should be with in 55 minutes but i am waiting more than 1.5 hours for the delivery. We do pay upfont through their app thinking the service will be better but not at all. Quantity and tasty wise OK! . But very disappointed with their customer support through the phone. Not even single sorry for the delay :-).

Ordered food and also payed upfront but was never delivered. Disappointing.
Food was okay. We(2 people) ordered two butter naan, shahi chicken with rice and chicken pokoda(starter). Naans were served cold. Shahi chicken was so little even for one person, we had to order an extra curry sauce. Chicken pakoda was sooooo little, they served 4 pakoda with salad. Starter was the only thing we enjoyed. For all this I've paid like 25 and no drinking water purchased. We sneaked in a little bottle of water and managed to get caught, they've asked us to purchase water. Seriously ? Water should be FREE. Overall, you may skip this place and go to other restaurants in the city.
I first tried out the food here by ordering it online via Lieferando last week, and it was really good. So I decided to visit the place this weekend with a few friends. And we had a lovely time there :) The food was delicious! The ambience and decor of the place is very cosy. The prices are not too expensive (less than 20 to have an appetiser, main course and a drink). The paneer was very soft and delicious :) The waitress, Salma, who attended to us was very sweet. I will definitely be going back here again.
I have been ordering for the last couple of months regularly and I have to say the food is simply amazing, the most Authentic to real indian taste in Europe, I could even say.
