Thank you Schober 24 for changing my password on my macbook and then not being able to retrieve it. Thanks to you all my data was lost, let's just remember that your employee Felix mentioned that data will not be lost. I came because my screen was broken and your company ended up changing my password. I wanted to thank you for loosing the data on my computer that I have been collecting for the last 5 years. It was a very painful experience and I am glad that I will never step a foot in your store ever again. This is the worst IT company and service I have ever seen in my life. For your own sanity, please avoid visiting this store. They will only make it worse. Just go to a real IT store that really knows their stuff.

I spielt tea on my laptop. The worker there is so friendly and professional. He helped me opened my laptop and looked through everything. He explained to me patienly for almost 20 minutes. Luckily my loptop is fine, so he charged me for nothing! I will definely come back if my extronic devices are broken. Highly recommended store!

I gave my retired mom my old 2010 Mac Book Pro. A few weeks ago the hard drive was appearing to be giving trouble. Gravis turned her away, but recommended visiting the guys at Schober24. They fixed the whole thing within an hour and for something like 80 euros. Very pleased that they did a professional job for my mom, without ripping her off :-)

Mir gefällt, dass man sich viel Mühe gibt, Schäden am Gerät zu analysieren und zu beheben aber auch ehrliches Feedback gibt, wenn sich Reparaturen nicht lohnen oder nicht möglich sind. Montageaufträge wie z.B. Einbau einer zusätzlichen SSD in einen MacMini werden fachgerecht und sauber ausgeführt. Der Kunde hat über ein Webportal stets Zugriff auf den Auftragsstatus. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind freundlich und kompetent. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die Öffnungszeiten - aufgrund meiner Arbeitszeiten war es mir nicht immer möglich, bis 18.00 Uhr im Geschäft zu sein, da wäre eine Erweiterung auf 20.00 Uhr erfreulich gewesen.
