Every order missed something.. Last order (14457) 28.03.21 came after 6days. I cooked bhindi and then recycled bcz of v old and hard that was not able to eat.

2nd last oder I received after 15 days when I angry on them they told send us back if you don’t want. This time also late they just give silly excuses. No reply on whatsapp at all see attached photo. Very bad service quality.

This is not the first time I ordered from them. But every time there is an issue. They never reply to customer Service Emails. But sometimes they receive calls but they usually deny to solve your issues. They send fake Rabatt Codes. I have received them, and I am also talking on the behalf of my other buyers ( friends) too.

if they send you something different from what you have ordered then they dont even reply to your email..before placing an order they keep you mailing you have items in your cart,do you need some help?etc²
I ordered from them twice , and I’m very happy with the times delivery and packing ... prices are great and cheaper then others . I would recommend all to start ordering from here . They have lots of Pakistani items which is great
