Cocktails were abundant, lots of choices all of them evenly delicious. Food tasted as if you were in mexico/cuba. All of this accompanied by a friendly waitress and cook. Only downside was that it was a little hard to find, because the restaurant didn't have any signs.

Always great...love the food ....and we always get special treatment from the Boss.
I mean, the food was good, but the service was so completely all over the place, we were in with a large group and ordered around the same time but food was delivered seemingly completely randomly, I had ordered a starter and a main course and I got the main course first, instead of the names of the dishes the waitress just called numbers as if we had paid attention to that when ordering it. Sometimes dishes were completely forgotten. I'm not sure if this was an isolated case though, when I later went to the bar to order a desert it was brought to my table without a problem and quite fast too.
The food is so incredible here! Service is great. They speak English and has an English menu.
Decided to try this place out at the recommendation from some hotel staff. We went and were not disappointed. I read some earlier reviews about the staff being not to helpful...we got the exact opposite experience. Sat at the bar and the bartender was super awesome, attentive and on the money with her drink recs and dinner suggestion. All the cocktails were fresh and they had some different takes on a lot of classics. Very delicious! Dinner... what can I say other than I dreamed about it that night because it was so good. Had something grilled and with some tasty cheese sauce. Nom!! Highly recommend going here if you stay in Mainz.
