This company and the delivery guys do not take their customer's time seriously. Our parcel was scheduled for delivery for a specific timeslot on 2.12.2020. We made sure that we made ourselves available but they did not turn up - did not even try to contact us. I called them after this timeslot and was told that the parcel would be delivered by the end of the day. It was not. I called back in the evening on that day and was informed that the delivery was not possible on that day and that they would deliver two days later (which is today the 4.12.2020). Today we made ourselves available the entire morning and rescheduled our other plans so that we can receive the parcel. While we were watching through the window the truck approached our house but did not stop, it just sped way. The driver neither rang the bell or tried to reach me somehow. The online tracking tool said \I was not at home!\, which was clearly a lie. I will cancel the delivery with them and cancel my order with the seller. They should learn to respect their customer's time and learn to be proactive in communication. No one has time to waste and everyone has other important things to do than waiting for their unreliable deliveries.

Top Lieferant der sich an Termine hält. Der Lieferant war zudem sehr professionell, nett und freundlich. Informationen zum Lieferzeitpunkt haben wir zudem per Mail erhalten. Weiter So!

Schon mehrfach unzuverlässig und dann sich keiner Schuld bewusst. Man hat oft ziemlich unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon die wenig kompetent wirken. Es gibt aber auch Gute. An der Zentrale kennen sie den Namen real existierender Kollegen nicht. Die reinste Odyssee. Diese Spedition ist für wichtige Terminsachen nicht zu empfehlen. Ich setze künftig lieber auf Mitbewerber.
