Sent an email with 8 questions about importing a Knaus vehicle. Maximilian didn't bother do answer them.. I said please just answer questions 7 and 8 about the export process and insurance, He said I write too much, \anonymously\ (what!?), and that I didn't even mention which country I am from. That information was in the first email, which he didn't bother to read. I don't get it.. why would someone handle a new customer that is about to buy a new vehicle like that. How could one possibly do a deal after that sort of response?

Wir wurden trotz der aktuellen Situation sehr hochwertig beraten und wurden von dem Verkäufer sogar auf Kleinigkeiten hingewiesen welche uns selbst entgangen sind bei der Konfiguration des Wohnwagen. Fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und wurden nicht \überfahren\ sondern wurden sehr aufmerksam beraten und haben jetzt das Modell was wir tatsächlich langfristig besser und effektiver nutzen können. Sehr gerne kommen wir, sobald es wieder zulässig ist, wieder zurück und nehmen das Angebot wahr.
