Quite large store and large enough stock where I found everything I needed. Staff is very friendly, good customer service. And big Thank You for Sandra who helped me a lot with my shopping! Definitely will visit again.

I went there to buy a bike I could not find in Basel. When I tested the bike inside the shop, the rear break made a really loud and disgusting noise. The assistant told me that noise was normal on a new disk breaks and it should stop after using the bike for a while. A week later the noise persisted and the break stop working completely. When I took it to the decathlon store in Basel they told me that the break was completely broken, it needed to be replaced and that will take 4 weeks : / Honestly, I do not know how they can sell biked like such a failure. Even if the reparation is free it is quite dangerous

Super Laden! Viele Helfer vor Ort und super Auswahl. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder. Parkhaus direkt vor Ort. Leider darf das Parkticket nur Rewe abstempeln.
