I normally enjoy this place, it is a good store. However they now only do click and collect on a limited range of products and the staff in the parking lot will not lift a finger to help you figure out how to order if you show up just so.

In general, arrogant and incompetent customer service. I completely switching to Hornbach. Also, just went in today, and in those difficult times, several employees without masks and several with simple bandanas instead of mask !! Must be a joke. Is the safety of the employee and the customers not a priority for Bauhaus ????
