Waldemar is a great host! Very responsive. We were staying in his LuPartment with our baby son. Waldemar even provided a baby crib for us. Everything was very nice and we would definitely come back to stay here again. Lots of thanks!

My boyfriend and our little dog stayed here for 5 nights. It was great! The apartment is very well located, near the S-Bahn (in 5Min we were in Mannheim!). It has many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very clean and perfect for a long-term stay. We definitely recommend staying here!
We rent an apartment for one month. The building is 3 minutes walking from the train station,bus-tram stop is also 3 minutes. Calm neighborhood no noises at all and most important, the appartment was like new. Everything was clean and good organized with a kitchen ready to use washing machine and dryer also available so basically nothing was missing. We are very happy with the apartment and the fast response of the owner whenever we needed it and next time we will choose to rent again from them.

Grundlegend war Apartment 3 sauber Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet Das Bett ist gut Das Bad ist klein aber sauber und ordentlich zum Duschen allemal gut. Leider sind die Fenster im Schlaf/ Wohnzimmer Undicht so das es ziemlich am ziehen ist und dadurch hört man auch was auf der Straße so die ganze Nacht über abgeht. Parkplatz mäßig ist es wie in komplett Ludwigshafen eine fast komplett Katastrophe also gilt dieser Punkt als neutral. Ansonsten sehr netter Kontakt essen gibt es im Umkreis von 5 Minuten genug egal ob Pizza oder Döner. Das Grill Haus schräg gegenüber macht ne mega Pizza. Alles im allen war alles positiv Grüße Kai
Generell für einen kurzen Zeitraum wohl in Ordnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Das Bad hätte gerne sauberer sein können. Im Keller Waschmaschinen und Trockner- top! Aufzug im Haus! Absoluter Minuspunkt: durch die direkte Straßenlage ist es unvorstellbar laut und die Fenster lassen wirklich JEDES Geräusch durch. Entspannt schlafen ist was anderes.
