I ordered gloves form their online shop, and it was a great experience. Everything was packaged in a very nice box. I had to send an item back as it was too big and missed the deadline for 2 days or so, but they still refunded.

Great high-end department store with good quality clothes, accessories, stationery, cosmetics, perfumes. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Recommended!

Nice high-end department store in the popular tourist hub of Marienplatz. Although things are pricey, it's still a great place for window shopping to relax and get a feel of what's trending in Munich in the fashion world. They also have a big range of traditional German clothes which would be perfect for Oktoberfest. They look much nicer than the ones you see in other shops. There are also sofa seating and water fountain for shoppers to use when they need a break from walking on every floor. The bathrooms are also very clean and pleasant to use.

I had a lovely meal there. German cabbage salad, a glass of beer and roast pork. Tasted great. Staff friendly. A must see. Try a meal there. True Bavarian cuisine.
